We are now accepting pre-orders for frozen chile for the upcoming season. Orders for frozen should are processed using paypal for payments, but a paypal account is not required. Fresh chile can be ordered by using the "fresh green chile" category link to the left.
Our frozen chile is flame roasted in the traditional New Mexican style and hand peeled. Our whole chile is 90% peeled and diced is fully peeled. We ship using dry ice or gel packs, and all prices include FedEx Overnight Delivery. All frozen orders are shipped on Thursdays. Frozen chile will start shipping around the middle of August this year.
